Symantec Corporation- Russ Johnson, 182 and 256 user licenses for Worldgroup
v3.0 and v2.0.  Has been a customer since 1990.  Uses product for public BBS
access - on an average month, his 64-line system takes 54,000 hits for FTP on
the Norton anti-virus program.  The WG 2.0 system is used for live updates for
ACT! via modem access.  Also uses newsgroups.

General Electric- Paul Summers, 8 user license for Worldgroup v3.0.  Has been
a customer since 1994 and uses product for large secure FTP to vendors across
the country and for secure customer communications via e-mail and file
attachments.

American Express- Craig Heyne, 20 user license for Worldgroup v3.0 and
currently uses FTP primarily for vendor exchange which volume has increased
300% in past year.  Customer since 1993.

US Air Force- George Williamson, 56 user license for Worldgroup v3.0 and has
been a customer since 1992.  It is a classified BBS with 1,700 users globally
used for libraries, e-mail, and FTP between engineers on electronic warfare
topics.

Xerox- Al Medina, 256 user license for Worldgroup v3.0.  Product is accessed
daily by 12,000 field representatives for data transfer.  Customer since 1992.

Cellular One- Scott Brenner, 8 user license for Worldgroup v3.0.  Currently
uses product for internal BBS and is very happy with everything.

Citibank- Daniel Tacca, 20 user license for Worldgroup v3.0 and has been a
customer since 1990.  Primary use is for internal only but access is global
for FTP.

US Robotics- Joe Motyka, 44 user license for Worldgroup v3.0 and has been a
customer since 1994.  Primary use is FTP and some e-mail all for private
system.  Considering adding customer service access to system in future.

United Way of America- Phillip Walker, 44 user license for Worldgroup v3.0 and
uses primarily as a base for trade association.  Uses include Hypermedia, file
libraries, forums and for e-mail.

National Weather Service- Kathe Schofield, 8 user license for Worldgroup v3.0
and has been a customer since 1992.  The system is used for both private and
public FTP access.
