Fix a bug which makes Pine crash when attempting to use a role to reply or forward messages

This patch fixes a bug which makes Pine crash when one attempts to use the '#' command to reply or foward messages when the feature alternate-role-menu is enabled and there are no messages in the folder to reply or forward. According to Pine's documentation, in this case one should go directly into the role selection screen, which is what this patch forces Pine to do, and you can only use the '#' command to compose a new message. If there are any messages in the folder, then the '#' command will ask you if you want to compose, forward or reply using a role.
