Fix a bug that makes Pine crash when creating a look up file

This patch fixes a bug in Pine which makes Pine crash when you create a lookup file. The bug is produced by the fact that a collator function is left undefined. This patch uses two unused variables to pass to pine the name of the addressbook and its sort order.
