Fix a bug that makes Pine hide the cursor in the index screen

This patch fixes a bug that is produced when you are using Pine in threaded mode and you have set the configuration option (*) regular-index-with-collapsed-threads. In this case, if you put the cursor over a collapsed thread that contains more than one message and open it by pressing RETURN, then press n to go to the next thread, then press M to go to the main screen and press I to go to the index, you will not see the cursor over any message.

This situation happens more often when you go the main screen because you wanted to change something in the configuration of Pine and then try to go back to the folder that you were reading.
