Multiple News Server Support

This patch allows you to use several servers to read news, each one with its own .newsrc-server file. The name of the .newsrc file corresponding to each server is
 
~/.newsrc-name.server

Pine initializes the contents of your .newsrc-server file using the file .newsrc, if it exists. This means that in the beginning you will see that all your collections have subscribed the same newsgroups, but you can add or delete newsgroups from one collection without affecting the others.
