Versions of pine the patch is available for: pine 4.21

This patch allows you to add three new different startup rules for your incoming folders: first-important, first-important-or-recent and first-important-or-unseen. The last two mean that the message selected will be the onw which is marked important or recent (resp. unseen), whichever is first.
