Fix a bug which makes Pine strip text when replying to a message with full headers mode on.
Patch is available for version: pine 4.64

If you have enabled pine to strip signatures on reply, then pressing H to see the full text of a message makes Pine include the full text of the message when you press R to reply to such message. In some instances, however, this may not happen. This patch fixes this behavior so that the signature will not be stripped in this case.
