Timesheets MTS is a fully featured time and materials billing system for small companies. It includes employee expense reimbursement, and a fully featured activity and cost reporting system for project managmement and profitability analysis. Customisable, printable reports and invoices are included and the software is capable of dealing with international currencies and GST/VAT tax systems.
The software comprises a lightweight client and stores all information in an MS Access database that can be stored centrally on your network allowing for a distributed solution. You do not need MS Access to be able to run Timsheets MTS, but if you do have it you then have the ability to use Access to generate your own reports from the data file.
Timesheets MTS license is driven by the number of concurrent connections you need to the database. Thus you can buy a license for just 1 concurrent connection, and still install the software on as many PC's as you like. But ONLY 1 person can use the software at a time. This leads to a lower cost solution and makes licensing for your company easier to deal with as there is only one registration code for your entire company.
New Installation
Just click setup.exe and let things happen. Each installation includes a
copy of the timesheets.mdb database file (which contains all the program information).
If, however you want a centralised timesheets database on your network you will need to select the
Tools->Options menu item in Timesheets MTS and locate the centralised timesheets.mdb file your company is using.

Logging Into Timesheets MTS for the first time
Timesheets MTS comes with some pre-created user accounts. Each of these accounts can be logged into
using the default password 1234 . You can change this default password on the Options screen.
Upgrading Timesheets MTS
If you are a licensed user of Timesheets MTS then from time to time upgraded versions of Timesheets MTS
will become available that add new features, or fix problems with the software. If you want to upgrade
your installation to the new version you should follow the following steps:
Timesheets MTS can be completely customised to suit you company needs. For full details on how to setup the program for your company please consult the Customising Timesheets MTS section of the main help file.
Timesheets MTS includes a complete context sensitive HTML help file. The file, help.chm can be found in the Help sub directory of the program installation directory.
Please see the license.htm file which will be in the same directory as this file.
Timesheets MTS is shareware. When installed without a license it will allow only 1 concurrent connection
to the database and is limited in terms of how many projects, tasks, users, and contacts you can add to it.
It will also print a watermark on any of the material printed from the software (such as invoices).

As a licensed user of Timesheets MTS you will be entitled to each and every update of the software
for a period of twelve (12) months. If you are not a licensed user then periodically major updates will
be released and made publically available. Latest versions of the software will be made available through the
Moving Target Software web site.
